Beginner group for youth aged 10-15 years. With the help of instructions and exercises, we practice becoming confident in the children's area by learning to navigate flat terrain, ski, and use the button lift independently. When we become independent, we continue the lessons in the system's easier slopes. The goal is for you to be able to put on and take off your skis by yourself, navigate flat terrain, make a snowplow stop, turn in both directions, ride the button lift, and follow your ski instructor on green slopes.
Prerequisites
No prior experience is required, but you must be able to be without your travel companions for the entire lesson time.
Intermediate group for youth aged 10-15 years who have skied before and want to start practicing skiing with parallel skis. We ski on green and blue slopes as well as easy off-piste terrain during the week. The goal is to ski with parallel skis on blue slopes and with control in lighter uneven terrain. You should also be able to steer the skis to a stop and ski backward in a snowplow by the end of the week.

You can ride the button lift independently, ride the chairlift with the company of a parent or ski instructor. You can also make turns and stop in a snowplow in both directions, put on your skis, and stand up with the skis on.

Beginners group for youths. We train to become safe in the children's area by being able to get around on flat ground, ski in the beginners slope and button lift on our own. We then continue on easy slopes.

Continuation group for youths who have skied before. We begin to practice skiing with parallel skis and controlling our speed by turning. We ride on green and blue slopes as well as easy off-piste during the week.
Monday - Friday (not on Christmas Eve, Tuesday)
Prerequisite: You can ride the button lift on your own and go on the chirlift with company from either a grown up or your ski intrsuctor. You can also turn i a plow and stop in both directions as well as put your skis on by yourself and stand up with your skis connected to your feet.

The second continuation group for young people aged 10–15. For those who can already ride with parallel skis and want to become a more advanced skier! You can already turn with parallel skis on the blue slopes, ride with control on slightly uneven terrain and control the speed by turning. It is also important that you are independent - able to ride a button lift, put on your skis and stand up when you fall, all by yourself.
With instructions and exercises, we train to become more stable in our parallel turns on the steeper slopes and to stop with parallel skis. We ride on red slopes and steeper uneven terrain during the week.
The goal is to ride with parallel skis on red slopes and with control on steeper uneven terrain! We will also practice edge-regulating movements and you should be able to ride carving turns in easier terrain by the end of the week.
Monday - Friday (Christmas Eve, Tuesday excluded)
Prerequisites: You can turn with parallel skis as well as ride with controlled speed on blue slopes.
