Cross-Country
With the help of instructions and exercises, we practice becoming confident in the cross-country tracks by learning to navigate flat terrain. We go through the basics of diagonal skiing and poling. As we become more confident in our movements, we also try easier slopes to ski in the tracks, brake, and stop. The goal is for you to be able to put on and take off your skis by yourself, navigate flat terrain, make a snowplow stop, and have a basic understanding of diagonal skiing and poling.
