Welcome to ride trails, downhill, or perhaps play and practice in the Skills Area. Just remember to buy a trail/lift pass before you set off! River Rafting: The Glötta Ride

River rafting amidst incredible views! We head to Norway and launch the boats in Femunden, Norway's third-largest lake, located 65 km from Idre Fjäll. After a short paddle across the lake, we reach the first rapid, which is spectacular. Glötta is a scenic stretch with some really fun rapids! If the weather permits, we get majestic views of the Rendalssølen mountain massif during our post-trip snack. The activity must be booked in advance.

Food Walk on the Mountain

The mountain nature offers a variety of edible plants and berries. On our hike, you'll learn which plants and berries are foraged and edible for the season. We’ll walk through the stunning mountain landscape until we reach Fjällfina's tent. There, we’ll start a fire using natural materials and cook a meal together over the open flame. Hopefully, we’ll find some berries along the way to make a delicious dessert, which we’ll enjoy with coffee brewed over the fire. The activity must be booked in advance.

Horseback Riding: A Better Day

For those who want a bit more—more time in the saddle, more sights, and more experiences—this is the tour for you. It’s our longest ride, where you'll truly feel what it’s like to become a team with the horse. You’ll visit some of our favorite hidden gems, the ones we’d prefer to keep to ourselves. Disc Golf

Welcome to Idre Fjäll's disc golf course! Enjoy our challenging 12 holes, surrounded by trees, heather, and the beautiful mountain view. The holes vary in technical difficulty with multiple lines, suitable for beginners as well as experienced players. Pet and feed the Sami's tame reindeer and this year's newborn calves. Experience the feeling of the reindeer coming to eat from your hands and how soft their fur and muzzle are when you pet them. Experience the power of a sled dog! During our Husky Hike, the sled dog is harnessed to you via a belt around your waist. You'll get assistance from the dog, making uphill sections much easier. Hike with Reindeers

Hike together with reindeer in the ancient forest, where the ant hills are as tall as you and the lichen hangs thick from the tree trunks. This is a favorite tour for both adults and children. We have no set destination; we meander where the reindeer choose to go. We’ll provide a snack with Sami coffee, juice, various reindeer meat products, and our angelica muffins, along with stories about life as a reindeer herder. The activity must be booked in advance.

Aske at the Square

Join us as the Square transforms into a lively celebration for both children and the young at heart! We’ll gather by the small stage next to Solbaren for singing and dancing. So put on your dancing shoes and come along, because we’ll be singing and dancing up a storm! Our playful mascot Aske will also be there to dance and have fun. No advance booking is required, and it’s completely free.

Yoga

A simple and gentle yoga session at a slow pace, focusing on breathing and body awareness. Suitable for everyone, and no previous yoga experience is required. At dusk, as the sun sets behind the treetops, we embark on an exciting beaver safari by canoe. We glide along the water, surrounded by the long shadows of the trees. This time of evening is when beavers are most active. We’ll brew coffee over the flames, sample freshly caught, smoked whitefish in flatbread, and visit beaver lodges.
